Serena van der Woodsen probably wouldn't be caught dead without her signature sky-high pumps, but Blake Lively ditched her glam persona in exchange for a downtown-cool ensemble while on the set of Gossip Girl in NYC. She kicked off her laid-back look with funky Christian Louboutin sneakers, then bundled up in a multitexture Dolce & Gabbana coat. Unfortunately, Blake's jacket isn't available online, but this look is easy to re-create at home by layering a purple coat over a gray ribbed cardigan, throwing on some distressed jeans, then finishing off with a pair of high-top kicks - here's a Coach pair we love.
