Footage of the Tiger Woods hot dog attack has finally surfaced ... and it PROVES ONE THING -- the wiener-tossing moron has an arm like 6-year-old girl.As we previously reported, it all went down while Tiger was preparing to putt at the Frys.com Open in California this weekend.
The sausage-hurler was handcuffed and escorted off the course -- officials have not yet released his name.
